PILTDOWN POND RULES

No litter. Anglers are responsible for removing litter found in their swim. No fires.

No swimming or boating

No intrusive noise

No cutting of trees and/or vegetation

Vehicles must be parked in the official car park. No parking on the dam.

All fish caught to be returned unharmed to the pond as soon as possible.

Keep-nets/keep-sacks are prohibited. (Unless on an official Match)

Anglers must not leave their lines in the water unattended

Baiting with live fish is prohibited.

Anglers must respect wildlife and follow the countryside code of conduct.

Anglers must hold a valid Environment Agency Angling Licence.

Bailiffs are empowered to oversee these Rules. Please respect this.

All Permit holders are custodians of Piltdown Pond and have an obligation to ensure that they and others observe these Rules.
